Product Return & Shipping Policy
All product sales are final including gift cards. Due to the nature of professional skincare products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any open or unopened items.
Once your order has been processed and shipped it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Beauty Esthetics by Ally is not responsible for any shipping delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been handed over to the carrier.
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, or if your package is lost or damaged during transit, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Beauty Esthetics by Ally is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

To ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s scheduled appointment time, please review our booking policies below:
• Deposits, gift cards, and service fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE in the event of a cancellation or reschedule.
• A new deposit is required each time an appointment is canceled or rescheduled.
• A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments, If you arrive 10 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be applied.
• If you arrive 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and you will be marked as a no-call, no-show and you will be charged 95% of the scheduled service. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than a 24 hour notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
• Same-day cancellations or reschedules are considered no-call, no-shows and are subject to a fee of 95% of the scheduled service.
• No children or additional guests are permitted during your appointment unless they are getting serviced as well.
• Brazilian Wax Appointments: Our cancellation, rescheduling, and late policies apply even while on your menstrual cycle.
